Meet The Bella Bunch

I have been the co-owner of the award-winning Bella Sera Event Center for the past 19 years. Prior to that, I helped build and run five successful family owned La Estrellita Mexican restaurants here in CO. I have a passion and gift to genuinely get to know my clients on a deep level in order to deliver them the type of 5-star celebration nobody else in the industry can. I have even officiated a few weddings here because my couples feel like I have connected with them so well! Outside of running the venue, I love spending time with my wife Elisabeth and five adult children.

I have been co-owner of The Bella Sera with my husband John for the past 19 years. I love being creative and looking for new ways to excite and delight my clients and have always held myself and staff to maintaining high standards without the expectation of perfection. Although “semi-retiring” in 2022, I still dabble in the creative innovation of new ideas and services to keep Bella Sera’s celebrations truly personalized and top-notch. For fun I love staying physically active, creative, and spending quality time with my family and friends.

I was born and raised in Colorado and attended the Business School at University of Northern Colorado. I keep busy being a full time dog mom of my two Huskies! On my weekends off, you can find me spending time with my friends and family, anything from escape rooms and top golf to BBQs and game nights! I have worked for the Bella Sera for over 10 years and my attention to detail and eagerness to succeed allows me to impact and connect with each couple in my own unique way. I have been leading groups for many years, but that does not stop me from continuing to grow and learn how to motivate and inspire people around me to be better versions of themselves every day!

I wear many hats at the Bella Sera but I am primarily a Marketing & Sales Representative and have the privilege of meeting with excited couples looking to find their perfect venue. I got married to my soulmate at the Bella Sera in August 2020 and have been a part of the team ever since! My favorite things to do are to spend time with my husband Jonah and our husky Blue and play Dungeons & Dragons or Spike Ball with friends.

I am a designer and decorator, and just like my nickname I can make all your decor dreams come true. With a wave of my wand an entire room will be transformed into the celebration of your dreams! I am also a married mother of four with two beautiful grandchildren. I moved to Colorado 6 years ago from Arizona and have fallen in love with all things Colorado! You can always count on me to bring a joyous and upbeat personality to your planning process!

Event planning has always been my passion. I have always enjoyed creating new ways to gather family & friends while creating a fun and unforgettable experience. Attention to detail is my expertise and I truly take delight in helping clients turn their dreams into reality. Working for Bella Sera has inspired my passion for design & culture even more. The Energy & Ambience is what makes our venue stand out amongst all. I love that Bella Sera genuinely values their clients and stands behind their vision, aiming to make every event special and one of a kind. I am honored to be a part of such an incredible team of passionate souls!

I am a Colorado native and dog mom of Four! If I could be anything I would be a solar panel because I love the summer and being out in the sun whenever I get a chance. I was a Bella Sera bride and I loved it here so much that I decided to join the team! I enjoy giving back to couples the fun, laughter, and special moments that were given to me on my wedding day. I love meeting and getting to know each couple and their love story to ensure that their wedding day is anything but ordinary.

I am a Colorado Native, mother of two, I love all things horror except the exorcist chick screw her! Hahaha and in my spare time I love to read, go to rock concerts, and gamble even if it's betting on a game of monopoly! My favorite part of working for Bella Sera is getting to hear everyone's unique stories and being able to be a part of one of the biggest days of their lives and making sure it is everything they hoped for. I have always wanted to be an event planner of some sort and after I got married at Bella Sera and seeing the attention to detail everyone put into my big day, I knew this was where I wanted to work.

I’ve been married for 31 years, have 2 children and 2 grandsons. I enjoy camping and spending time with my family. I also enjoy helping my husband with his DJ business. I have worked for Bella Sera for several years; I started in the catering department. I’m currently an event manager with 2 years of experience helping Quinceañera’s make their magical day memorable.<br /> He trabajado para Bella Sera durante varios años. Hi, I am Logan Newell, for over the last decade I have called photojournalism my full-time job. Throughout this time, I have traveled the world, moved multiple times, and have finally settled down in Colorado. As a newcomer in 2018, Bella Sera embraced me with open arms. As I do work outside of The Bella, I still consider them family as well as devote much of my time and talent to the many wonderful couples who walk through their doors.

I'm an avid outdoorsman that enjoys time off in the backcountry of Colorado. Some of my favorite hobbies include backpacking, fly fishing, and snowboarding. My favorite days are where I strap 40 lbs of gear into a backpack to live off of for a few days in the remote wilderness, that's my idea of peace and quiet. I started at the Bella Sera in 2019, primarily as a second photographer for 2+ years, before I stepped up to a lead. I actually attended a wedding at the Bella Sera in 2018 and I fell in love with the venue! I ended up assisting and second shooting with the photographer from the wedding I attended, and it's been such an incredible journey since!

I am a colorado native and I still live in the same neighborhood I grew up in. In my spare time I love to spend time with my kids, pets and plants. I have two children, 4 pets (2 dogs, a tortoise and a axolotl) and I have over 50 houseplants. I also love spending time out and about enjoying all that our beautiful state and city have to offer. I have been incredibly fortunate to spend the last 10 years photographing weddings at the Bella Sera. No one wedding is alike and every couple is so unique and special in their own way. I love getting to spend one of their most important life events with them and their closest family members and friends capturing those moments and creating lasting memories for generations to come. I enjoy going to the gym and playing softball. I Love spending time with family and vacationing on my time off. With years of experience in the Wedding and Quinceañera industry, I have been Bella Sera’s preferred DJ since 2008. I enjoy meeting with the clients to help them, so their music selection goes smoothly on their special day. I MC my own events and I'm bilingual Spanish/English so this makes me versatile in events needing to incorporate both languages and music genres. I am originally from just outside of Chicago and I have been mixing music for a myriad of groups since 2000. I've performed all over the place between clubs and venues along with joining the Bella Sera team in 2012. With special mixes and smooth transitions, I am ready to rock your event!

I am a 57-year-old mother of three with four grandchildren. I have been a chef for over 25 years, and I have loved and enjoyed every minute of it! My coworkers are fabulous, and my boss is compassionate and has a noble heart who appreciates all of our hard work. My best friend, Margarita, is one of the main reasons I love this place so much. When our guests tell us that they love and savor our food, it is the greatest part our day!

I am 51 years old, and I am one of the chefs here at The Bella Sera Event Center. I have more than 25 years of experience cooking and have worked for the Bella Sera for almost 10 years! I love working here because of my partner in crime Lucy, we have become best friends and I am so lucky to work and have fun at the same time! The atmosphere and energy my team has created around me makes me feel valued and allows me to make an impact on your big day!
