Welcome to Bella Sera Event Center, an Italian-inspired, all-inclusive Wedding & Events Venue in Colorado that has been family owned and operated since 2004. We create unforgettable celebrations that are impeccably decorated, fun to attend, and easy to plan! We believe too many Weddings follow the same uninspiring timeline of events with minimal creativity; we’ve all attended an average wedding at other venues. Our couples want something UNIQUE and CREATIVE, and they value our expertise in creating Wedding Day celebrations that everyone will love and remember. We help you create your wedding vision and support you with a team of top-notch professional vendors and staff to execute it; this is what all-inclusive means.
Included in both our Bellissimo and Italiano Packages, you’ll have two incredibly talented photographers for 7 hours. You’ll have full digital rights to all of the images, and access to them via your own personal online gallery. If you wonder how good they really are, over 90% of the photography on Bella Sera’s website and social media sites are from the beautiful work of these talented preferred photographers.
They specialize in low-light photography, and know how to capture every unique angle and special detail. They go through a very rigorous process to become a recommended Wedding Photographer.
Music is a major reception fun factor, and has a lot to do with how long your guests will stay. The last thing you want to see is your dance floor clears out when the DJ plays obscure songs that are hard to dance to. This won’t happen with their talented DJ’s. If you want to keep the dance floor packed, plan a playlist with one of our DJ’s that will please the whole crowd, not just you two.
From their crowd-pleasing Emcee talents, to top of the line sound equipment, their DJ’s know what it takes to create that once-in-a-lifetime celebration you’re dreaming of.
Our Meal Packages include all tableware, linens, non-alcoholic beverages, professional serving staff, tax and gratuity. Nobody wants “typical wedding food”, so you’ll be delighted to find an array of satisfying entrée options from our chefs from Mexican, Italian and American cuisine. Choosing the perfect menu for a large gathering can be difficult.
That’s why owner and chef John Montoya has prepared a menu that includes something for everyone. Enjoy a private food tasting, and invite your parents. You’re sure to taste and enjoy many delicious items making it easy to choose a menu that will please all of your guests. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available. (There is an option to bring in your own offsite licensed catering and hire our serving staff)

Amenities and items included depend on which package is chosen, but regardless, we’ll be guiding and helping you pull everything together to achieve your overall vision. Meet with a wedding expert to start putting your vision on paper. We will work closely with you to understand your wishes and help with the timeline, vendors, logistics, creative ideas, to-do’s, personalization & much more. This session is super fun and relieves so much stress.
Come in and meet your own personal Wedding Designer who will help you put together the look and feel for your day. Whether you have a unique theme in mind or just want something simple but beautiful, you’ll create it exactly how you envision with the help of your Designer!
At your private tasting you will get to request which entrees you would like to sample before deciding what to serve your guests. You’ll meet your day-of Catering Manager who will help guide you on dietary restrictions, guest preferences, and bar options.
Save the time & stress of researching & booking dozens of different vendors, our partnered photographers and DJ’s are top of their industry and will help you personalize everything from your song list to your photo preference.
Last minute changes to your big day? That’s to be expected! Meet with your day-of Wedding Coordinator to go over the details and prepare for the day with complete peace of mind. Then gather your closest loved ones & wedding party to practice your ceremony with your Wedding Coordinator!
