 Giving Back to Foster Kids Since 2006 Elisabeth Montoya and The Bella Sera Event Center have been the driving force behind the annual Foster Children's Bike Event. The event raises funds so Elisabeth's organization can get brand new bikes, helmets, and locks for foster kids every summer.
