EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT HOSTING AT BELLA SERA EVENT CENTER
1) What is your guest capacity? We can accommodate up to 250 guests.
2) Is there an indoor ceremony option?Yes, if you’d prefer to skip the church mass, you can add-on a ceremony prior to the reception
3) What Quinceanera packages exist? We offer 3 all-inclusive Quinceañera packages for every budget.
4) Can I bring in my own catering? Yes you can bring in your own licensed caterer when hiring our staff to serve and clear tables all night.
5) Do I need my own vendors?Our packages vary in what is included in our all-inclusive offerings. Some include the photographer, DJ, catering, beverages, colored lighting, and elaborate décor, while others are more basic. You can also bring in your own vendors and customize your package.
6) Can we customize your Décor or bring in our own? We have an endless décor selection for every color and theme, and you get a personal designer to help you bring your vision to life. You are also welcome to bring in your own.
7) How much work do I have to do? Very minimal; once you meet with your designer and choose your colors, décor, and lighting, there’s nothing else you need to do. You will walk in on the day of her Quince and everything will be decorated for you. We tear down and put everything away too!
8) Can I bring in my own liquor? Bella Sera Event Center has a liquor license and provides the bartenders and security; therefore, we do not allow outside alcohol.
9) Do you have a payment plan? Yes we require a $2,500 retainer to reserve a date, and from there we will work with you on a payment plan that works for you. All final payments are due 2 weeks prior to your event with your final guest count.
