With springtime in the air, we at the Bella Sera thought that it would be fun to share a springtime cocktail that is the epitome of all things spring! In the spirit of springtime, we wanted to share one of our favorite Cocktail recipes with you!
Springtime Signature Cocktail for your Wedding
Originally named, The Garden Party cocktail this is a refreshing drink that we’ve conveniently called our “We’re Mint to Be” cocktail.
4-5 fresh mint leaves
½ oz. fresh lime juice
¼ oz. simple syrup (1:1)
1½ oz. green Chartreuse
2½ oz. club soda
Tools: muddler, shaker, strainer
Glass: highball
Garnish: mint sprig
Add the mint, lime juice and simple syrup to a shaker and muddle lightly. Add ice and the Chartreuse and shake until chilled. Strain into ice-filled glasses, top with club soda and garnish.
Whether you are looking for the perfect drink for your guests when they arrive to the cocktail hour, or for you to enjoy on your balcony during one of these wonderfully warm springtime afternoons, this one is definitely a contender! It’s beautiful color and refreshing taste is something that you won’t be easily forgotten.
